There is a lawsuit against Toys R Us, claiming that the store did not fully reimburse consumers who "timely returned to a retail store a gift purchased over the internet from Babies R Us or Toys R Us between May 4, 2003 through October 29, 2010." If this applies to you, and you did not receive a full merchandise credit refund, you can make a Claim to receive a $5 Merchandise Credit good at either store. You do not need documentation. You must submit by 2/3/11.
